General
All prices quoted are per person and night (excluding visitor’s tax) and include our generous breakfast buffet with fresh produce from the region, as well as multi-course dinner menus with options to suit your taste. We offer three different menus and various fresh salads daily. Upon request, we also cater to vegetarian and other dietary needs.
Ex-Prices
Prices are per person and day and may vary due to particularly popular periods and unforeseeable cost increases, as well as short stays during public holidays. It always includes the stated rate whether with breakfast or half board, including VAT, excluding local tax.
Check in & check out
Our rooms are ready for occupancy from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
We ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
CULINARY
Our half board includes a rich breakfast buffet and a 4-course evening menu with choice.
If you have booked your room with breakfast only, you can book the culinary half board on site for an extra charge of € 35,- per person, per day.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any food intolerances so that we can spoil you with culinary alternatives!
REST DAY
In WINTER our half-board restaurant will be CLOSED every MONDAY. On this day a discounted daily rate applies. Breakfast will take place as usual from 07.30 - 10.00 am.
In SUMMER our half-board restaurant will be CLOSED every TUESDAY. On this day a discounted daily rate applies. Breakfast will take place as usual from 07.30 - 10.00 am.
Room cleaning
We would like to inform you that, for reasons of sustainability, we no longer offer room cleaning on Tuesdays with immediate effect. If you still wish to have your room cleaned, please let us know one day in advance. Of course, we will then ensure that your room is cleaned on the desired day.
We thank you for your understanding, as well as your contribution and support in our endeavours to protect the environment.
Children´s discounts
- Children between 0 and 3 years receive a 70 % discount
- Children between 4 and 8 years receive a 50 % discount
- Children between 9 and 14 years receive a 30 % discount
- Children at the age of 15 receive a 20% discount
- if staying in their parents’ room
Pets
Pets are allowed, except into the dining hall. Per pet and night we charge a fee of € 25, food excluded. Final cleaning € 50
Deposit
A deposit of 40% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking. We accept payment by crossed cheque, postal order or transfer to the account No. 20644 with the Raika Vorderes Ötztal (Code: 36291; free of expense for the recipient).
Cancellation
Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival is free of charge.
In case of cancellation from 29 days to 21 days prior to arrival, we charge 40% of the arrangement price.
In case of cancellation from 21 days to 7 days prior to arrival, we charge 70% of the arrangement price.
In the last week before arrival and in case of no-show we charge 100 % of the arrangement price.
In case of no-show, we charge the full arrangement price.
Travel Insurance
Unfortunately, some things can happen before a planned trip, so we recommend to take out a travel insurance, also covering for cancellation fees. It is best to take out the insurance at the time of booking.
